Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Processing Time: Orders are lovingly blended, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Carriers: We ship through USPS and UPS, with tracking provided on every order.

  • Domestic Shipping: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times vary depending on location, but typically range from 2–4 weeks. (Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.)

  • Festival Season Note: During Renaissance Festival season (August–October), shipping may take a little longer due to high demand. We promise it’s worth the wait!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your scents! If something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:

  • Returns: For unopened and unused items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to swap a product, we’ll happily exchange it for another scent of equal value.

  • Custom Blends: Because these are made just for you, custom signature scents and personalized blends are non-returnable.

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at Autumn@Widdershins.Co with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
