  • Widdershins.Co provides handcrafted oils, bath & body products, incense, potpourri, and other home fragrance items.

  • By purchasing from our website or Etsy shop, you agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • All products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (Etsy, Wix, PayPal, etc.).

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We do our best to ship your order quickly, but shipping times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

  • Widdershins.Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, festivals, or natural events beyond our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted under certain conditions (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).

  • Custom-blended oils and personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

  • Our products are handcrafted with care, but please use them responsibly.

  • Essential oils and fragrances should not be ingested or applied directly to skin without dilution.

  • Always test a small patch before use on skin.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Widdershins.Co is not responsible for misuse of products.

FESTIVAL PURCHASES

  • Purchases made at Renaissance Festivals or in-person booths follow the same policies as online.

  • Some limited-edition or seasonal products may not be available online.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Widdershins.Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
